You reminded me of what I've read about where Microsoft (and others) want to head:  this whole realm of "web based" computing, services, and software to which we'll happily subscribe!

Are we happy, yet?

very interesting... so the action suppositioned under Carbon's karma- sucked, to be honest. Next time, carbon should use smaller type! or some kind of fancy word play, like making the first letters of all his words spell
"VISTA SUCKS" or something equally childish, I mean, only a really dumb fool would do that, seriously. :)
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

    I meant to respond to the joke, earlier...something really awful, like:

    Carbon, carbon, carbon, chameleon...     ::)

      If you don't have time to do it right
                      ...when will you have time to do it over?

      :: sigh ::  You know you're in trouble when you have to explain the joke...the problem is, explaining it won't make it funny!   ::)  So bc managed to use "carbon" and "karma" in the same sentence.  (He will now likely never do this again.)

      My feeble brain came up with the "Culture Club" song from the 1980's:  "Karma Chameleon."  I replaced "karma" with "carbon," which I promise to never do again.

        HA! Now I will! Did you know some people believe that all carbon based life forms have a property called "karma"?

        oh.. you said "likely never". Oh well.

        In any case- I now understand your joke, Aegis. Additionally, I might have to hold you to that promise.

        drmsucks- if you didn't get mine- look at the first letters of my first sentence of my post :)

        now you should be at least 1 for 3.

          1 for 3 :-\; I wondered why you used "suppositioned."
