I want the wheel "button" on my mouse (PS/2 compatible) to minimize all windows. I do this manually after start up but want this to be set whenever  I start up. My OS is XP on a Dell.

For the wheel button problem- you could try to use the manufacturers software for your mouse- Microsoft includes Intellipoint, for example.

If you have enough windows on the desktop after startup to make this task worth a shortcut- I'd say you have to many startup programs.

I use Pitaschio.  It can be set to minimize a window by middle-clicking the window's title bar.  It has many other settings also.
