My computer froze last night so I held down the power button to restart it. The computer took about 5min to get to the starting screen with my name on it. When it does finally get to the starting screen, the mouse won't move. I know it is working because the laser on it lights up whenever I move the mouse. I tried switching my mouse and keyboard to another usb port but still get the same problem. I also tried to start in in safe mode but it still gives me the same problem. I also made sure everything on the inside of my computer was in properly, nothing is loose. Please help me, I have lots of stuff I need to do (schoolwork) and need my computer asap.
