      This has been aroud for years, nd it is actually a fake.
      I did some Googling on it Years ago and it was proved that it was a fake.

      Just reading this document made me thinking fake the whole time. Quick Google search:

      Privacy advocates would be all over this if it happened to be true. Really though why would Dell need a keylogger on their laptops??

      Dell is all we buy where I work. They're good laptops.
      They also regularly gets good reviews in PC Magazine. This month, the Dell Studio 15 got 4.5 out of 5 and also is the Editor's Choice. Plus they usually get among the best ratings for tech support, software/hardware quality, and ease of use. You sure you didn't just get a lemon?
