It looks like you have some system files missing...

    Go Start>Run, type in:
    sfc /scannow
    Click OK.
    Have Windows CD handy.
If System File Checker (sfc) will find any errors, it'll ask you for the CD.
If sfc won't find any errors, it'll simply quit, without any message.

Hi, are you the administrator of you computer? If so, have you tried to turn off your UAC? You did say you have vista? Some times the UAC can prevent a user from accessing certain things if a protection protocol sees fit to block it. OR have you tried to set those sites as trusted sites in your internet options? Just some suggestions, hope they help.

        Run sfc /scannow anyway.
If it won't find any issues, you'll receive a message: "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations".
If any issues are found, just disregard them, and keep running sfc.
        When done...
Navigate to C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder. You'll see CBS.log file.
The above file may be quiet large, so try to attach it to your next reply.
If it's too big, upload it here: http://www.uploadbigfiles.net/, and post download link.

There is something wrong with their service, I guess, because the link just opens the file, which is hard to read in HTML format.
Please, do this again, but this time, upload here: http://www.flyupload.com/

I didn't find anything crucial in your sfc log.
Please, go back to my reply #9.
            In "Start Search" type in:
            cmd
At the top of the window, you'll see cmd.exe.
Right click on it, and click "Run as Administrator".

            Repeat all regsvr32 commands.

Judging from dll name in your error, your computer may be infected.

              Download HijackThis:
              http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download
