Listen...

Use the Startup Repair link (with pictures - since you're only 12) I gave you to fix your computer.  If that doesn't work...you may need to reinstall the operating system.

    Firstly - I am REALLY 12 years old. I will give you the link to my myspace if you want and second, is there anywhere I can find the file I need to load by using Load Driners e.g. C:?
