How to turn off the computer?

Start --> Turn Off Computer

Three of the options in your poll have nothing to do with shutting down the computer. The only one that makes sense is "Shut Down".

Hibernate, Standby and Turn off monitor do not shut your computer down.

There are actually many ways to turn off the computer....One of them include a sledgehammer.

I usually shutdown but sometimes I use hibernation. It's convenient when you have some windows open that you'd rather not close. And, hibernation is still a fully powered-down state.
