fresh website needs help

ok... I'm no biggy at websites...
Me and some friends started a website and got it going through some hard work... (not neccesarily on the website or computer, but real life...) and we got it running... a bit... Anyways... right now, our website isn't going too well from the users active members in our forum... and the rest of the admins aren't too happy neither... I was wondering if anyone on their spare time would take a look and post some suggestions here... We would greatly appreciate your help and we'd be very grateful if you do some graphics and wish to join our forums and help us grow(and stay active). and uh... we are a graphics site...
