I have A belkin router and i heard there was some problem with it and there was a way to fix it but i don't know how something about getting a static ip and disabling something. Please help this is really frustrating for playing games. Is there any other way then getting a static ip( got to pay extra for it)

Ok i dont think its the internet anymore becuase when i play on my laptop (same games) it dosent do it which doesnt make sense becuase my friend says he sees me zipping across teh screen ( it looks like zipping when i freeze and pop up at other place). Also sometimes on my other computer (not the laptop) when in a game i wll run forward and go through a door. Seconds later i will pop up back at the spot before i ran through the door. Maybe i have  a messed up wireless card or something... please help
