i have windows vista
my cd/dvd drive stopped working, and the ASUS techie told me to reformat my computer, but back up all my files onto D: drive first.
I did this, by using the Backup and Restore Centre
and after reformatting my computer, everything was like when i just brought it, and i tried to restore it through the Backup and Restor Centre.
However, it tells me that there were no previous back ups.
All my backed up files are in zip files or something, in my D: drive. i can see it, and there's a lot. but the Restore Files thing can't get it! what do i do? i really need my files.
