1. Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?
If the above doesn't work...
2. Open IE. Go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on "Reset" button. Restart computer.
3. Did you try Firefox?

Nothing changed.  Have not tried Firefox.  It's like trying to read a newspaper and the computer is not letting me turn to page 2.
Help-Please
Thank-you
You will have to walk me through Firefox.

Firefox is another browser. Download it from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Install, and go to the same page, that gives you troubles. That way, we'll see, if this is IE problem, or something else.

Click

Can't miss the shiny big button that says "Free download" there.

And just in case you somehow manage to, click here and wait a few seconds.

I'm sorry, but the page I clicked on does not say download here.  I know I might not see all that well, but I am not blind and can read.  I do not see the words "download here"

It says "Firefox 3 - Free Download" on a green button, on the left of the page.
Not "Download here".

O.K. out there.  I clicked on the "here" in your reply AGAIN.  The address on the top of the screen is   http://www.Mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.0.s.&os=win&lang=en-US
I still did not see anything green or even the word download.  How am I missing that????????

That one doesn't work for me either, it says the page can't be found. Did you try the two links I posted? Those work for me because the one you're using apparently points to an outdated version.

I've seen a few posts on here all with good responses, but if nobody has corrected your problem yet then I'll suggest something else :-).  I had the same problem using internet explorer, and firefox.  It would display some pages, but others would not be displayed!  It was a big pain so I understand where your coming from.  A few things I did that worked.  One being downloading spyware and adware removal software!  Sometimes if your computer has alot of adware or spyware on it, it will mess up your entire browsing experience, and you won't even know it's there! I recommend getting the software and doing a scan and see what it finds. And as for getting firefox, just go to www.firefox.com and it's real easy to find the download button.
