The log looks good :)

Download, and install CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds. Get "Slim" version.
Read CCleaner instruction here: http://www.jahewi.nl/ccleaner/ccleaner.html, and run CCleaner.

      One last thing.

When I watch a video on the internet (i.e. news video or YouTube) that is shorter than 1 minute it loads and plays fine.  For videos longer than 1 minute the play catches up to what has been buffered and it stops.  The video shows it is working but no additional data is buffered in and the video doesn't finish playing.

      Any thoughts on this?

      Thanks.

          IE 7.0.6001.18000
          AOL 9.1 Rev 4334.5000
          Firefox version 3.0.5

I tried each of these browsers and short videos load but ones longer than 1 minute get hung up.

          Uninstall Flash, using this: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157
          Install fresh copy.

Where do you recommend I get a fresh copy of Flash?

            Thanks.

I installed Flash player from the recommended site.

The videos play a little longer but still hang up after about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

               ???

Sure did and rebooted the computer and reran uninstall Flash.

Then installed the new flash player.

I tried temporairly lowering the firewall setting to see it it made any difference.  No change and put the firewall setting back where it was.

Could there be a streaming conflict with another media player.  I have looked around but not sure how to determine if there are conflicts.  Just a thought.
