youtube is not opening?

youtube is not opening in firefox ( 2.0.0.12 ) and IE ( IE 6) from 2 days.


More information:

error message : page cannot be displayed
Other websites : i can open any other websites
System restore : i cant able to perform the system restore ( error :             your system cannot be restored to earlier date )

OS:XP SP2
Security:norton internet security ( trial version,firewall included )

First, I get rid of Norton.
If you cannot remove the Trial by Uninstalling it, go here:

Then, install one of these great, free antivirus products:

Avast: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
AVG: http://free.avg.com/

Then run a full system scan.
