If you're computer has a compatible card reader you can insert the card there are use it like a removal USB device. card readers are oblong slots, usually at the front. it might have writing near it (something like M2, SD) the card will only go in one way and only if it's compatible so don't force it too much.
If you don't have a card reader, if the card is from a digital camera then there should be a USB lead with the camera that will allow you to connect the camera direct and upload photos to the card there.
