        just for clarification you are to do this on the laptop, not the desktop computer.

          When I save it it saves but when i go to look for it to upload it its not there (i saved it as a JPEG)

          you must be putting it in the wrong folder. Just create a folder on your desktop and save it into that folder. You can't miss it that way.

                Ok, you didn't make a screenshot of "all programs' which would have been useful.
                You also have a crapload of programs running in the background that are hard to identify.
                My guess is that the 9th, the computer with the parachute and exclamanation mark may have something to do with your wireless card. Open it and see what it says.
