ok i updated my avg last night and it kept on healing something in the system 32

You put it in C:\Windows\system32 folder.
You may need to do it in Safe Mode.

it wont even let me delete the old file to put your file
in its place...and when i try to drag to replace it it says

That didn't work....I deleted the old one and put in the new one and

when i create a new registry as it says to do on that site
i can delete the old .dll and put the new one in. but when i restart
the file goes back to the old one and the registry i created is deleted..

ohh in the windows event viewer under file protection...the OLEACCRC.DLL..
AND THE OLEACC.DLL are in there...i just read both errors and those two .dll's werent restored to there original.

I think, you're doing something wrong.
You shouldn't be deleting anything, or putting a new file in.
By creating correct registry entry, that file should be replaced automatically on restart. By the system, not you.

i do what that site says but when i restart it...
it deletes the new registry i create...both those
.dll's are messed up
