it started yesterday..yes its an administrator account, there's 2 accounts on my laptop, both administrator's but the other 1 is never used but im on it right now as cant access my other user..the message says 'the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded.' yes i installed windows msn messanger 9..the programme seemed normal but it would never let me open other programmes without minimizing the main menu on msn,,on other user ive installed msn it seems fine..plus a few different things too so was woundering if it was a fake msn and a virus?
