I was trying to load a cd on my computer which is a toshiba laptop  with windows Vista Home Premium, and it came up with the error message C00D11B1. I have tried multiple cds and still no luck?? Any ideas??

Try removing the drive and re-seating it...the release button should be on the bottom...
This should be done with the machine off the AC unplugged and the lid closed.
