Where is Windows installed then?

how can i explain this? i have 2 hard drives installed, one ata 80GB has everything on it, another SATA 250GB is formatted and i need to make a partition and copy contents of first drive to this. but after formatting it, now it is not showing up in My Computer

Start >Control Panel>Administrative tools>Computer Management>Disk Management
