many “end now” windows when I shut down my pc

Hello
I think I have problem with new virus (I think is it, but not sure).
When I shut down my pc some “end now” windows appear, and I have to “End Now” them to continue shutting down.
This file needs to end now them:
Vcmc32.exe
Svnmgr.exe
The updated antivirus can not find any virus, spy, and etc, and there is no new software installed since 2 month ago.
How can I fix them? Is it virus?
