what do you think of a 19" LG monitor for £ 98 .00 about $ 110.00 , no frills just basic

I never buy any type of monitor on-line. I go to the store, where 20 monitors are displayed, so I can compare picture quality.

it was in pc world and all i need is a basic one for the web etc , no fancy extras
