...... After about 5 tries, I took it to Best Buy so they could run some diagnostics and they found no hardware issues, but about 150 viruses. So I restored to factory settings... Which did nothing. I log in, and every time after about 20 seconds, the crazy patterns come on again and the computer restarts.
Anyone have some idea of whats going on?
If you restored from a Recovery Partition on the hard disk, are you certain that the recovery partition was free of any virus, and/or that your system partition was disinfected before/after the restore?
