    Windows 98 Bookmarks
    « on: January 30, 2009, 09:42:49 AM »
First off I hate this dinosaur but I can't convince the boss it is wayyyy past the time to upgrade.

I'm stuck with Windows 98 here at the office. Among the many things wrong, the latest is all the bookmarks have disappeared. I do not know if someone deleted them, the computer itself deleted them or they have just gone into hiding. I've tried rebooting several times - no help. Can anyone tell me where they may be hiding and how to get them back?

Ok, now this is getting even more weird. I went to My Computer and checked to make sure the show all hidden was checked and it was. Just for grins while I was there I clicked the Bookmarks tab and low and behold there they all were. Any idea why I can get to the bookmarks by the scenic tour and not from the browser window??
