Deleting a User Account That Isnt Active Anymore
    « on: February 01, 2009, 12:15:07 PM »
Whats the best way to delete a User Account that isnt active anymore and when i mean active i mean it isnt on the list of users accounts. The reason i need to delete it is because there is 16gb of music on it and my hard drive is about full.

How do you know it's there when it doesn't show up in User A/C?

Log in to Administrator and go to the control panel.

Click "User accounts". Click "Change an account". Click on the account you want to delete. Click "Remove this account".

        Easy as pie...

Can't you simply delete the music?

he doesn't have an account to delete, but the files are still there- that would be the problem. begging the question Broni posed.

Sorry, didn't catch that. Well, can you not access that users documents on another account or is that not there either? If it's not there then how do you know it even exists?

Yea if you're the administrator or have access to the administrator account then that should work.
