KEYBOARDS KEYS ALL MIXED UP.

Usually in the keyboard, when you pressed shift+2, the @ will displace, but instead, " appeared.

I've tried to change my keyboard, yet nothing change.
I've also tried System Restore, yet won't do.

Is there a solution on my problem?

Control panel - regional and language options.
Sounds like you're using a US keyboard, but set to UK layout.
