why does my windows media player open when I try to open a brochure from a website?  what do I need to do to fix this?  when it happens it displays a message saying that wmp cannot play the file.  I don't want it to.  I have adobe acrobat installed for opening pdf files.

help!  and thank you very much!

Find a PDF on your machine and right clik it...
From the dropdown box select the program you want to open with...
Mark the checkbox "always use this app for this filetype"

P.S. You should DLoad and try Foxit Reader FREE
