iTunes 8 download changed window appearance

After I downloaded iTunes version 8.0.2.20  it changed the look of the iTunes window.  The list of songs now has a bright pink background which besides being obnoxious is hard to read.  Also the bar on the left is dark green which also makes the lettering hard to read.  Is there anyway I can change this color scheme?  I wish I could go back to what I had before.  I have Windows XP OS.
