Just to note, I removed your email to prevent SPAM and because we would like to keep all our posts on the forums.

Anyways, does this happen to ALL DVDs?

    What Operating System is this?

Has it always been this way?

Might be useful to know the model number of the computer you have, too.

Unfortunately, that isn't the model number.

First, is this a Laptop or Desktop?

On a Laptop, the model number is usually somewhere on the monitor. Otherwise, it would be somewhere on the body.

For a Desktop, the model number is usually located in the front.
