Can't connect through FTP
« on: April 07, 2009, 06:22:38 AM »
EDIT: the problem is fixed thanks to the suppliers. You can lock or delete this message.

My webpage supplier (hem.passagen.se) has changed its DNS and I'm now unable to access my account through my FTP clients (Core FTP LE & FileZilla). Their advice is to restart the cable modem. I'm not using a cable modem but a wireless router (Netgear). I'm not sure what to do to solve the problem. I'm actually not quite sure what the problem is or what info you need from me. Is there a simple solution for this?

Windows XP Home, sp3
Packard Bell, 1GB RAM
AVG Free 8.5
ZoneAlarm
