Computer wont load up possible virus prob

Hi hope someone can help me...

Basicly my comp loads up to the windows screen with the logo and then goes blue and says its doing a pysical memory dump.

What should i do?

Any help would be good

okay how do i get those logs if i cnt get into windows and the internet etc. It only goes as far as the windows loading screen.
