How do i delete all programs?

 ???I uninstalled a computer game the other day as i feared it had wrecked my computer but it didn't, so now i want to put it back on, but during installation it keeps saying componant tranfer error how can i get rid of this and clear all files relating to the game so i can install it again.

Go to http://www.eagames.com ... Click on support... Click on technical support... Click on My Stuff... Next, make an account using your e-Mail address... All you have to do is click on the Create support acount button... After making your account, click on the answers tab, and fill out the information... When it displays results, just click on ANY one of them.. Doesn't matter... Now... You should see the "ask a question" tab appear at the top... Click on it... Just fill out the information, and submit it... You're done! All you have to do now is wait... Good luck!
