    OK Guys,

A mate of mine has just dumped his old computer, and I managed to grab the fans from it (most of the components were to old to re-use).  I have made up a metal bracket that supports the fan and does not block the airflow from any other fan.  This new fan blows across the graphics card and now it works like a dream.

Thanks for all your help guys, I really appreciate it.

Good stroke of luck, saved you a few bucks, and it worked!

Just a note, make sure the metal bracket isn't in danger of touching anything it shouldn't. Other than that, well done!
