Download and Upload Speed??

but how come my connection always shows that I am connected at 100.0 Mbps even though the connection for that day is like freaking slow?(I might be a lil bit exaggerating)

Thats your connection to your router, not to the internet

Speedtest and 2 wire doesn't help you increase your speed it will just tell you what your speed is. You can try to see this 2 site if you want too  . About the weather thing, here in our place when it rains so hard my internet speed goes down.
