a problem

this came on the screen last night and the total has not moved to-day

i thought i would check and found these 3 the others are blank , there must be something wrong

i changed the setting to machine ID 3 , hope this was right as it is active

This can happen if the [email protected] software is installed twice, or if the software is conflicting with another process running.
You can check Task Manager to see what the other process is - open it up, go to the processes tab, click View - select columns, and check the box for PID.
See what process has a PID of 216.

There are ways around this, you can restart the client manually but it may cause problems.  Better to try and resolve the conflict if possible.

OK, well it looks from that screenshot as if the [email protected] client is running (fahcore_78.exe with PID 584).
