What a rude young man!
You still owe me my gift certificates, and you have guts to ask for a loan?
You'll see, when patio sees this thread tomorrow ;D

So were looking at the BUPA run next May now so hopefully we will all still be around to enjoy me making an *censored* out of myself. The time to beat is 1hr 3min's. That's what my friend did this year. So I need Rocky music (getting stronger) and does anyone know an abituoire that I can go and punch some dead cows?

It will be either for Cristie's or the lung and heart centre @ Wythenshawe hospital Manchester. Thanks for everyone's support and having fun with this I'll try and not let you down next year.

But computeruler you can always come and run this year it seems you have quite the following.

Or the standard "eye of the tiger" theme. As performed in Rocky 12.

Quote
DUN..... DUN DUN DUN. DUN DUN DUN. DUN DUN DUUUN.

DUN, DUN DUN DUN, DUN DUN DUN, DUN DUN DUN...

Fat and weak, what a disgrace
Guess the champ got too lazy
Ain't gonna fly now, he's just takin' up space
Sold his gloves, threw his eggs down the drain

But he's no bum, he works down the street
He bought the neighborhood deli
Back on his feet, now he's choppin' up meat
Come inside, maybe you'll hear him say

Try the rye or the kaiser
They're on special tonight
If you want, you can have an appetizer
You might like our salami and the liver's all right
And they'd really go well with the rye
Or the kaiser

Never eats while on the job
He heard it's good to stay hungry
But he makes a pretty mean shish kabob
Have a taste, they were made fresh today

Try the rye or the kaiser or the wheat or the white
Maybe I can suggest an appetizer
Stay away from the tuna, it smells funny tonight
But you just can't go wrong with the rye
Or the kaiser

So today, his deli comes first
Still he dreams of his past days of glory
Goes in the back and beats up on the liverwurst
All the while you can still hear him say

It's the rye or the kaiser, it's the thrill of one bite
Let me please be your catering advisor
If you want substitutions I won't put up a fight
You can have your roast beef on the rye
Or the kaiser

The rye or the kaiser
The rye or the kaiser
The rye or the kaiser

wait a minute, that isn't really very motivational.

It's good in a way guy's because I had a quick chat (PM) with Nathan about the design of the T-Shirt a few weeks ago and he said some of you guy's may be able to help. At first because of time restrictions I was going to pass the batton over to a t-shirt company but Nathan did suggest that there are people out there who can design such things. Anybody on this thread good at design??

White T-shirt, Computer Hope logo with a list of us guy's probably in black down the back under the Computer hope logo. May be we can all think of a snappy logo to go with it.

When I say logo I mean the full Computer hope.com
free computer help for everyone
logo even if we could get the keyboard bit at the end.

No worries...she did something for my work recently which didn't win popular vote, but was described as "professional" results by some in the office.  We'll have to see if she's interested.   :)
