2500m isn't much. Might be if you're pushing a wheelchair though.

    Well the results are in.... drum role..... two Steroid injections one on either side of my knee. A check up next week and no chance of running anywhere as it stands  >:(

    So unless we can get computeruler on a plane to push the chair.... hay he could use Broni's vouchers sorry I mean 'his' vouchers to go towards the cost of the ticket  ;D
