I have a feeling that Nathan, BC_Programmer and maybe CBMatt could carry on a decent conversation in a variety of outer-limits languages

Not me. the only word I know is, "putuk" or whatever it is. For some reason communicating in a fictional language created as part of a fictional race that, despite evolving thousands of lightyears from earth, happen to have the same basic outward appearance as humans. Same with the star streaks when they are going at say Warp 2. if that's twice the speed of light (pretending for the moment that going faster then it is even possible) why is it possible for them to cover the distance of light-years in days when it should take months?

I have no clue, the thing is that there are a few basic rules to it, so if there are proper nounds or anything in that there not to supposed to be translated its rather confusing.

is sophos antivirus any good then? Sophos, the parents of the klingon scanner. I currently have AVG free on my pc, it serves me fine as for now. I don't have a problem yet and kaspersky's free online scan has confirmed that AVG has been doing its job.

But sophos is a paid AV, however I can get it free from my university's computer services website (my school's computer labs are using it and I have trust that my school knows what it's doing about being secure on computers)

Should I get sophos or should I just stick with AVG? Used to be using AVAST but since I the last time I reformatted my pc. I already had AVG on my flash drive so I used it instead and have not had issues yet.

I don't see any more or less infections from Sophos then I do any other. It did well in the AV-Tests. http://www.virusbtn.com/news/2008/09_02
