The problem is CA Security Suite's firewall. The question now is, how can I still use it without problems, or what's another security firewall program I can use?

First of all, head over to the Virus and Spyware board to get the computer cleaned up. I use CA's firewall, and I have no problem.

Read the information posted here: http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,46313.0.html
Then start a new topic here: http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php?action=post;board=7.0, refer to this topic, and post the three logs.

There you go.  Why not try a reinstall of CA?  Or contact them for tech support?

but, the problem goes away with the firewall disabled...

it might be a configuration problem, or a corrupted file used by the firewall program.

Actually, although you appear to be inexplicably correcting me, I don't think it's the firewall either - I suspect one of the content filtering components of CA's suite.

So how can I disable with keeping the firewall enabled?

I'm afraid I don't know, but I strongly suspect you can at the very least change the configuration of the content filtering without completely disabling the firewall.  I don't use CA.

So how can I disable with keeping the firewall enabled?

Open CA Security Center, click on the firewall, and click Open Advanced Settings. Click Firewall on the left side. Make sure all your browsers are listed in the Advanced Application Control panel. If they're not, click Add and follow the steps to add the programs to the list.

Next, click Privacy in the left panel. In Cookie Control, click Advanced. In the top bar, click Mobile Code. Uncheck all the boxes here.

      Anything?

Already done both of those. I've also messed with some other cookie settings as well.

Actually, I SOLVED the problem. Finally! It's because of the pop-up blocker; caused by the action that 'blocks pop under ads and pop up ads'. But when I disable that now I have some problems with embedded videos on some sites...

With one browser or all of them?

Well, I'm not sure, it isn't constant...it'll work for a few days and then, all of a sudden, it stops working.

Yes, it does happen with all browsers, confirmed. Do you want the error log post or what?
Basically, youtube videos and such don't work (specifically, the action bar at the bottom never appears so the video won't start) and so I slide the Pop Up bar from custom (to what I've changed) back to high, refresh the page, and slide it back. Videos usually then work for a day or until I close the page, and then it starts again.
