I use a Windows XP Home Edition 2002 Service Pack 2.
I just received the very same warning from AVG saying that I have 2 infections; both Trojan Horse Agent 2.JCS; one in
C:\\Windows\System32\dllcache\logagent.exe (removed and healed)
the other in C:\\Windows\system32\logagent.exe (white-listed object)
I read all the previous correspondences, but frankly, those steps seem to never end.
Honestly, I know very little about all those, and unfortunately I dont have my Windows CD with me..
So should I try to go through all these or is there anything else to do? What would happen if I dont take any steps?
Or, if I delete the file manually, would it be possible to recover the original file without a CD / via the internet?
Id really appreaciate your suggestions..
