our HP w17e monitor turns off and on by itself. when it comes back on it displays first one message box and then another. the first one says hp energy star information, and the second one says hp attention OSD LOCKED. the only thing we can do to control it is to hold down the buttons on the front of the monitor, which is of course unpractical.
We would very much appreciate any advise anyone could give.
