    i have windows xp. when i try to boot my system from a cd i get the message that there is a mouse problem. it says that cute mouse is already loaded. what does that mean and how can i fix it.

      hi. the cd is a pc&laptop repair cd wiyh boot disc for windows 2009

        How about if you wouldn't use this CD? If you would boot to your OS? Are you experiencing problem s with your mouse?

          i dont have the original cd. when i try to boot from the cd i have described it starts but then get amessage that says cute mouse is allready loaded. thats as far as i can go

          try the safe mode

          shutdown completely, unplug from the wall and reboot

          run your anti virus

          System Restore to a day when all was well

          sfc /scannow

            i tried what you said but when i tried to restore it would not. i tryed 3 different dates but no luck. thks for your hlp. i have a new email address. joecal____________.com
