    Requesting help for malware removal

    Please re-open HiJackThis and scan.  Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DB0FFFA4-1D15-42A3-BBA9-14A3A38DBD80} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\efcBrOfF.dll (file missing)

    Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked.


    That's all there is in that log. What was the problem you were having?

      I fixed what you said. My problem was that when I started my computer I kept having error messages. That is no longer happening. However, my last scan with AVG detected Trojan horse Agent.YZB infecting over 75000 files that were not removed or healed.

      For whatever reason I am unable to install Super Anti Spyware. But I do have a Hijack this log.
