My computer wont let me access anything!! PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I was use my computer and I was forget to turn my firewall on its was off and I enter legendary website then my computer got slow and freezen, I got virus and I reboot my computer and it keep freezen! IT wont let me access anything it wont let me access control panel. I'm really stuck. I had CD called "CHKdsk-1R" put it on my pc and it clean while then done and it still not work its strong virus!! I think what to do then last night I enter "Safe Mode" through F8. and I turn on Firewall then Scanning virus from Malwarebytes program. It was scanning for 1 hours and 30 minutes and it found over 100k reg virus and found 2 strong virus... Then done. I check AVG I scann it some then I make sure that everything is turn on. I think Virus get remove so. I go back to normal mode and it still stuck!!! and it didnt remove! so I went to sleep and I woke up now I use other computer and put this post! I NEED A HELP!!! I love my other computer that I can do lot things to do.

You will have to download the 3 programs from the link above to a usb stick and install them on your infected computers desktop. Run them and post the logs and a specialist will review them in turn.......

Will they remove a virus that i cant access anything?
Will they make me working access anything?

I did download superanitspyware and start setup then it said "The System Admin has set policies to prevent this installation".. I'm in "Safe Mode" What I do please help me!!!

Hello there im back. I did download three of those program and everything is scanned and remove for 5 hours and it done.. And I did back to normal mode It still wont let me access anything.. Those three program didnt remove that kind virus yet. That virus is TOP STRONGEST Virus what I DO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
