Help Help Help Please!!!!! Windwos start up wont start! frezze

Hi there i have been trying to fix my computer for a long time time but no luck. tried looking at threads but nothing will work!
please help me
I recent had a problem with my PC which would not start so i formatted hard drive and tryed installing fresh copy windows xp  but install keept stoping at final stages blue screen Stop  error message STOP 0x00000005 so i removed hard drive and installed the OS using my other pc but with same hard drive  worked fine!  windown loads perfectly... so tryed put hard drive back into my other pc and windows will not start!! it say's ...
Windows did not start successfully ect.. When i choose start normally  just frezze!!!!!!on same page and when i start in safe mode gives me a long list wihch ends in

multi(0)disk(o)Rdisk(0)partiton(1)WINDOWNS/SYSTEM32/DRIVER/viaagp.sys

AND THEN FREEZES!    Ihave tryed  replaceing RAM and taking out TV CARDS.. please please help me ! Is this a motherbord problem or processor or graphic card rembering i completey formatted hard drive and installed freash copy of windowns xp and hard drive  run fine with another cpu please help what can i do!!!!! I've tryed more than 1 copy of windows xp and the system whcih has tha problem is a HP PAVILION its about 5years old SOME PLEASE HELP ME

tRYED using 3 legal version of windows which i had around tha house SP1 SP2  & SP3 DO I HAVE TO REPLACE PROCESSOR FIRST THEN GRAPHIC CARD THEN SOUND CARD ALTHO THIS IS MY LAST OPTION IF ALL ELSE FAILS BUT IS THERE NEFING I COULD DO IN THA MEEN TIME QUICK FIX! PLEASE HELP

sorry my mistake it was
 0x00000050 Page_Fault_In_Non-Paged_Area Error that was when i was installing however i managed to install os win xp sp3 on another system using same hard drive that was completey formatted so yes fresh clean install

Are you moving same hard drive between two computers,  with Windows installed on it?

Guys , OP had a copy of xp black on the PC ...... maybe loaded with trojans.

yes i moved same hard drive between 2 computer with window installed on it cnt be problem with OPERATION SYSTEM as hard drive work fine on my pc downstairs the error messege i got while tryin to install on HP PAVILION M370UK WAS DEF : 0x00000050 Page_Fault_In_Non-Paged_Area Error  BUT NOW I GOT OS INSTALLED on hard drive down stairs run it as a marster boots fine! but once moved upstairs to HP PAVILION M370UK and run as only hard drive just freezes on

is this because bios cnt run nu hard drive? cos drivers are not tha same? altho i have not  installed ne drivers apart from ones installed when installing from xp disk downstairs? eg mouse keyboard & i fink that dnt matter! or does it mean i have to install on pc upstairs which wnt let me install alltha way cos of  0x00000050 Page_Fault_In_Non-Paged_Area Error  blue screen is this a hard ware issue or a motherboard issue? YEAH BUT I HAVE GOT THA ORGINAL XP DISK WHICH CAME WITH THA PC AND STILL EXACT SAME PROBLEM

Then do a clean install...

AHHHHH I SEE MBoard chipset drivers first THAT COULD BE WHY as its a HP System does that mean i can download tha MBoard chipset drivers  from HP website as i was told if you brought a HP system you can download all drivers from thier website SO DO I BURN THEM AS AN ISO JOILET AND RUN THEM AS NORMAL? OR JUST BURN THEM NORMALY ? and does that also mean i have to start al ova again cos i completed formatted hard drive then installed windows WHAT I GETING @ IS CAN I JUST BURN THEM AS ISO AND THEY WILL INSTALL AS NORMALL OR DO I HAVE FORMATT AGAIN THE INSTALL MBoard chipset drivers first ?? HOW DO I DO THIS? I DO HAVE EXPRESS BURN DOWNSTAIRS IF THAT HELPS?
