Hello. I'm attempting to download a game program onto my computer but i'm having some issues in getting it to open. I'm positive this has nothing to do with the game itself, but with my computer (settings?).
The game downloader file is an .exe which downloads correctly, but once I go to open/run it to begin the actual download it opens up a black window that says "C:/command com" at the top. The window then closes within a few seconds of opening and nothing else happens. I get it regardless of where I open it, whether it be on my desktop, winzip, etc. etc.
Any idea how to remedy this?
I'm running on a Windows '98 at the moment.
