I can make the whole toolbar larger vertical, but cant figure out how to make the actual icon larger.  Is it possible?

    Thank You in advance....

Go  to Start>settings>control panel>Display>Appearance>Advanced>Select Icon on drop down menu and adjust size.

Ok...that was perfect for my desktop.   Now, after I open up Firefox, an icon opens up at the bottom of my screen.  Its that icon in which I'm trying to make larger.
        Thanks again

Right-click anywhere on the Desktop (as long as you're not on top of an icon) -> Personalize -> Adjust font size (DPI), change it to "Large size." -> reboot.

That will usually change the size of everything on the taskbar as well.

Part of the problem is most people don't generally deal with computer problems. So for most they think that close enough is good enough.
