Is it safe yet to try to update the service pack 3? I use Firefox and for the past many months when I tried this update I could not restart my computer. My sons says I really don't need it, but now they have the .NET 3.5 and the family 2.0-3.5 (whatever that means). Should I just forget the whole thing or has Microsoft finally found an answer for this problem? Thanks
