iPod formatted in Windows
« on: July 13, 2009, 08:02:49 PM »
Any solutions ??? I started formating the iPod as a drive by right clicking on it in windows explorer and then choosing Faomat option. Although I cancelled it immediately, I do not see my ipod in itune any longer

Thanks in advance for the help

agreed.  if you finish the format it should start showing up in iTunes as a recovery iPod.

If that doesn't work, we can put your iPod into disk mode (if you tell us what kind of iPod you have).

You may want to try closing out and reopening itunes after you format the iPod.
