    More problems so whats new ? I am still learning at 78.

    When I receive pictures  by email they come to me by a zip file. I haven't changed any thing on my computer (?) but when I attempt to download them I get This message on my photo gallery page "Photo Gallery can't open this photo or video. This file format is not supported or you don't have the latest updates for Photo Gallery. Does anyone have an answer?

    Double clik the files an let Wimdows extract them to the directory of your choice...
    They should then be wiewable...

    If Windows won't do it for you, try something like ZipGenius, or 7Zip.

    They are free zip file utility programs for working with zip files.
