Since my last post 1hr ago (leigh help unable to update and install new version of spybot) I have since uninstalled spybot and tried to reinstall the exe file from c drive the problem seems to be the message I have 'the connection with the server was reset' it seems for some reason connection to the server is the problem as it needs to download other files before it can install on my computer. I cant understand why there is no connection problem with the internet in general just this particular site!!!
